The excitement before the wedding

Vikky got ready Whalley Abbey with her bridesmaid. The atmosphere was so calm. I started my day l with some details shots and natural pictures when finishing make up. Soon we realise it as time to get to the ceremony. Vikky and Josh  tied the knot in a beautiful church in Clitheroe-Magdalene’s  whilst mother nature hit us with torrential rain outside! It was very beautiful service, they stood facing each other, eyes locked together and surrounded by their closest family and friends. Their loving looks never faltered for a moment as they said their vows and exchanged their rings. Vikky and Josh got married in October at the awesome Whalley Abbey, which is in Lancashire .

Speeches, laughter and champagne followed as the room welcomed in the newlyweds. at Whalley Abbey. They chose the venue because it’s where they always wanted to have their wedding and and basically Whalley Abbey is always been very important for this family its where Vikky use to play as a child there, so she new every single corner 🙂 It’s been such a pleasure to see how important and historical this place made in them herds.

The Couple

Vikky wore very unusual and even magic dress, the colour turns from a dark red wine to raspberry colour in different lighting.
Big thank you to Vikky and Joshfor choosing me as their wedding photographer. It was a lovely day to be a part of. The ruins and grounds of Whalley Abbey gave a perfect setting for wedding photography.

I would recommend Ingrid in a heartbeat! An absolute professional through the day, barely noticed she was there (in the best way possible of course! haha!). We were amazed with the photos and, honestly, I can’t stop looking through them! Thank you so much!
