Shibden Hall-Halifax Wedding Photography

Justine and David got married at September at the unusual Shibden Hall, which is an old barn in Halifax. It was such a happy day and even the rain didn’t dampen the day!

The excitement before the wedding

Justine got ready at home in Bradford, and the atmosphere was so calm. The most important for them was the motorcycles, they just love their bikes. They are what brought them together. The bride travelled to the ceremony by car and leading by motorcycles (they definitely got a good friends who was still going in the rain on their motorbikes).

The serious part

The ceremony was a beautiful service at the barn. it looks amazing with rustic feeling and they of course had they had motorbikes is well. The ceremony was so beautiful and so personal.

The reception

The reception was in the Coffee Culture in the Park . They chose Shibden Hall because they just fell in love with it. The most memorable part of the day was when it bucketed down with rain and everyone got soaked. it felt like a magical day, with the rain:) stunning
ceremony at Shibden Hall, full of wonderful family and friends with fantastic atmosphere throughout all the wedding guests. The rain didn’t spoil the day.we manage to do some relaxed family photos and then I kept hold of Justine and David in the rain for some couple photos. Their wedding were super relaxed and informal which all the guests enjoyed.

I am so very glad Ingrid was our wedding day photographer. Our day was cold with torrential rain. Ingrid’s words were… forget the rain. We did and our pictures are just amazing. Ingrid captured the love, laughter and emotions of the day perfectly.Ingrid worked so hard all day. She was wet and cold but that did not stop her at all. Thank you! You are an absolute professional and a lovely presence to have on the most important day of our lives.
