Sarah and Luke are true countryside souls through and through-devoted to their dog, their horse Barney, and the rolling green hills of Holmfirth. When they envisioned their wedding, it was never going to be just any day. The day started with a touching ceremony at St John’s Church in Upperthong-an intimate, sun-drenched church perched just right to overlook the hills. It felt timeless, like a page from a storybook. After the vows and a joyful confetti send-off, the countryside adventure really began.
On the way to the reception, we made a special stop at Lower Wickens Farm-where Sarah’s horse Barney was waiting, mane flowing in the breeze like he knew it was a big day. Those golden field portraits? Pure magic.
