Northorpe Hall- Mirfield Wedding Photography-Kimberley and Christopher
Kimberley and Christopher got married in August at the rustic Northorpe Hall which is an old barn in Mirfield, near Wakefield in Yorkshire. It was a gorgeous day and the sun shone all day long!
Bridal Prep
Kimberley got ready The Lodge@Birkby hall with her bridesmaids, and the atmosphere was so relaxed. The bride and bridesmaids arrived on a vintage bus and so we got reacquainted with Kim and her girls on the bus for some quick photos before the ceremony.
The Ceremony
The ceremony was a beautiful service in a barn at Northorpe Hall and it is a fantastic place for a wedding. During the ceremony, they had a beautiful reading. It was so emotional and so meaningful.
The Reception
The reception was in a barn at Northorpe Hall. They chose the venue because it’s so cosy and relaxed. Fantastic place for a wedding and to top it all off all proceeds raised from events they have go to a charity looking after vulnerable young people. It was rustic with a hint of vintage. wedding, which was relaxed. I love shooting in Yorkshire weddings because is where I live 🙂
After some confetti and a few group shots we hopped on the vintage bus to a local park for some bride and groom pictures. The best part of the day was the afternoon reception. They had a Camping Retro style- photo booth and so many games around the venue, everyone was having fun.
This was a super fun wedding with lots of special moments throughout the day. The evening kicked off wonderfully band and everyone was on the dance floor.
The Couple
Kimberley wore a beautiful dress from Mia Sposa Huddersfield and Christopher wore vintage feel suit and they looked so perfect. Kimberley’s beautiful flowers was from local company in Huddersfield ‘ Flowers from the Garden’Kimberley and Chris’s wedding was so chilled and just the happiest occasion.
